Our Staff

Our experienced and qualified Director is Monique Morel. Monique is professionally supported by a dedicated and caring team.

The staff at Little Scallywags truly love what they do. When our staff walk through the door each morning, we see great big smiles on their faces; we see carers who are enthusiastic about spending their day with some very special little people; and are excited to see what new things the children will discover each day.

Our staff strive to form strong bonds with the children and families and grow these relationships by nurturing the child’s needs as individuals. They are dedicated to their career and delight in watching the children grow, learn new skills and take on new challenges.

Our staff are carefully trained to work with children and are chosen after careful and mindful consideration. They are all anaphylactic and first aid trained. All staff undergo mandatory checks, and are trialled to determine their effectiveness.
